Landing pages typically take 1–2 weeks. Full websites run 3–5 weeks. Mobile apps take 8–14 weeks depending on features. We give you a firm timeline during your discovery call — and we stick to it.

Every project includes a post-launch support window of 30–90 days depending on the package. After that, we offer flexible maintenance plans for updates, new features, and ongoing monitoring.
Absolutely. We can build to your existing brand guidelines or develop a new identity from scratch — including logo design, color systems, and typography. Either way, everything looks intentional.
Standard projects are 50% upfront, 50% on final delivery. Larger projects may use milestone-based payments. We accept bank transfer, Zelle, and major credit cards. Everything is outlined in your project agreement before work begins.

Quantum Enterprises ("we", "us", "our") collects information you provide directly to us, including your name, email address, and project details submitted through our contact form. Quantum Enterprises provides app development, website design, and related digital services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are governed by a separate written agreement signed between Quantum Enterprises and each client. Nothing on this Site constitutes an offer or guarantee of services.
All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, icons, and code — is the property of Quantum Enterprises and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom deliverables as specified in their project agreement. We retain rights to all pre-existing tools, frameworks, and proprietary methodologies used in delivery.
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quantum Enterprises and its principals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Site shall not exceed $100 USD.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of El Paso County, Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction therein.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes your acceptance.
